Make your arrival (and departure) at Ramada Residences Costa del Sol seamless by heading straight to the Resort’s large new Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception. Open 24 hours a day, our dedicated reception team will be there to welcome you, offer you a chilled water and check you into or out of your accommodation. They can also arrange luggage storage and a porter service.

Ensuring a great stay

Should you need any assistance during your stay with us, you can now pop along to our new Guest Service Centre. Rather than visiting Reception, guests at Ramada Residences Costa del Sol now have access to a dedicated service centre, which can be found right next to Sam’s Pantry. Open daily from 8am to 10pm, our helpful team are there to assist with a range of services from booking restaurants or a Balinese Bed at our VIP pool area, excursions and taxis to lost key cards and housekeeping requests. This is also the place to get information about the Resort and local area or to settle any onsite payments. Just pop by and they’ll be happy to assist you.
